What does *Final Sale* mean?

All items marked as Final Sale have been specially discounted (indicated by a price ending in $0.99 or otherwise stated) and, as such, cannot be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. Additionally, promotion codes cannot be applied to Final Sale items.
