What does "Final Sale" mean?

Final Sale items are specially discounted pieces marked with a price ending in .99, or otherwise labeled "Final Sale." These items:

• Cannot be returned for store credit
• Cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, or style
• Are not eligible for promotion, sale, or rewards codes

Because Final Sale pricing reflects a deep discount, we're not able to make exceptions once an order is placed, so it's worth confirming sizing and fit before you check out. (Our sizing guide can help.)

If a Final Sale piece still doesn't work out, you can list it on JessaKae Preloved (US customers) or our JSK Buy/Sell/Trade page (international customers) to resell it.
