I received my order and it doesn't fit. What should I do?

We get it , sometimes things just don't fit. If your item isn't Final Sale, you can start an exchange (US & CAN) or a return for store credit through our Return Portal:

• US customers: 20 days from your order date, first exchange free
• International customers: 35 days from your order date

Not sure which size to order next time? Use a flexible measuring tape:

• Bust: around the largest part of your chest
• Waist: around the smallest part of your waist, above the belly button
• Hip: around the widest part of your hips
• Length: top of the shoulder down to wherever you want the garment to hit (thigh, knee, or ankle)

We also add fit notes like "true to size," "runs small," or "oversized" on product pages whenever we have customer feedback to share.

One important note: Final Sale items (prices ending in .99, or marked "Final Sale") can't be returned or exchanged, so it's worth double-checking sizing before you order those. Didn't work out anyway? You can resell Final Sale pieces on JessaKae Preloved (US) or our JSK Buy/Sell/Trade page (international).
