I received my order and it doesn't fit. What should I do?

We get it, sometimes things just do not fit. You can initiate a return by emailing us at support@jessakae.com. If you've purchased something at a discount of 20% or greater, you can receive store credit for your return.

For some items, we provide size indicators (i.e. "true to size", "runs small", "oversized", etc) based on customer feedback. What works for most customers may not work for you, but we want to give as much information about fit as possible. We recommend you check the size chart first and find the size that works for your own measurements. 

To find your measurements start by using a flexible measuring tape that you can wrap around yourself.

  • You can find your bust measurement by measuring around the largest part of your chest.
  • You can find your waist measurement by measuring around the smallest part of your waist, above your belly button.
  • You can find your hip measurement by measuring around the widest part of your hips.
  • You can find your length measurement by measuring the top of your shoulders down to your thigh, knee, or ankle, wherever you want to measure a length.
