My order is scanned as delivered and it isn't here, what do I do?
At JessaKae, we want to assist in every way possible when it comes to tracking down your package. However, please note that once we hand your order over to the delivery service, we are no longer responsible for any products lost or stolen during transit, including returned items.
To help protect your purchase, we do offer Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If you opted for Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file a claim with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been scanned as "Delivered," as it becomes the customer's responsibility to secure those goods. For packages that are lost or stolen after being scanned as "Delivered", you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. Please note that claims for stolen packages do also require a police report.
If your package has not been scanned as "Delivered" within 10 business days of your order being shipped from our warehouse, please reach out to us at support@jessakae.com, and we will do our best to assist in locating it. Thank you for your understanding! 💜
