What is your return policy?

Return Policy: 

We are happy to accept all returns and exchanges as long as they apply to the following conditions:

  • You have 20 DAYS from the date the order was placed to initiate a return, this includes damaged or the wrong items. Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
  • Items purchased using a discount of 20% or greater (i.e. 25% off), or purchased during site-wide sales (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Anniversary Sales, etc.) are only eligible for return for store credit. More sale return details here
  • All *Final Sale* items with a price ending in $0.99 are excluded and not eligible for return/exchange/store credit

Clothing must be in like-new condition with any original tags still attached. Any packaging the article came in or with must be included. Items are ineligible for returns if they have been:                                                                            

a. Washed. | We are not responsible for any item(s) that have been damaged due to washing. We suggest following the wash instructions on the inside tag. Since we can not verify how the item was washed, washed items are considered final sale.
b. Worn for more than the purposes of trying on the clothing.
c. Stained or soiled from food, makeup, deodorant, animals, animal hair, etc.
d. Altered such as hemming, additions for modesty, fitting, etc.
e. Otherwise damaged within the possession of the customer.
f Shoesmust be returned in their original shoe box (undamaged & unworn) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused + no refund or store credit will be issued. We will not refund shipping costs.

  • If you have received a wrong or damaged item please contact us immediately.
  • We do not provide shipping labels for returns. This includes site-wide sales or using a percentage-off discount of 20% and greater. The customer is responsible for shipping sale items back. 
  • We do not refund the initial cost of shipping for returns.
  • For items purchased as Preorder, you have 20 days to initiate a return from the day your item was shipped. Please contact us to begin a return.
  • We reserve the right to reject future purchases and returns from customers we feel are abusing our return policies.
  • International orders: We accept returns for International orders. Contact us at support@jessakae.com to initiate a return.
